Cleaning and Hygiene Management

Cleaning & Sanitation of guest rooms and bathrooms. Remove and dispose of refuse and rubbish at the assigned area. Clean all windows, doors and ventilators. Polish all brassware. Hoover carpets and clean the corridors. Maintain a polite, dignified and helpful attitude towards the guests. Conduct pest control on a quarterly basis or monthly basis depending on the condition.

Kitchen Management

Preparation of breakfast/lunch, dinner, and snacks for the guests. Check the hygiene and cleanliness of the kitchen. Necessary equipment needs to be arranged.  The waiter / Steward will serve food and beverage to the guests. Take care of the cutlery and crockery used by the guests. Hygiene and sanitation of the dining hall. To serve food hot and at right time to the guests.

Room Service and Linen Management

Fresh linen is used on a daily basis and is changed depending on the client’s requirements. Washing & Ironing of linen is done inside the premises of the guest house depending on the facility. The washing & Cleaning material used are of standardized brands. No low-quality brands are used. Linen such as curtains, sofa covers, and blankets are outsourced on a quarterly basis. 

Monthly MIS

We are following, managing, and maintaining all monthly reports.  Guest Check-in and Out Data, Guest Feedback and improvements data, Guest food and number of nights stay data, You can get these MIS reports on a monthly basis.
